Sirius Technology are working with an IT consultancy to help them recruit an experienced Servicenow Consultant to join a brand new digital transformation project with one of their clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Requirement gathering with stakeholders to gather high level requirements and create documentation to map out the needs of the business.
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions.
- Deliver support and training to end users
- Work alongside the development team to define a suitable solution to client requirements.
- Experience as a ServiceNow functional consultant
- Experience in Agile projects.
- Ability to configure Catalog Items and design a solution.
- Experience with CSM and understanding of external service delivery best practices, b2b and b2c workflows, case management and CTI.
- Great communication skills.
