Position Overview
Our clients are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of their warehouse operations. In this role, you will lead a team, set and achieve performance targets, maintain safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in managing customer fulfilment metrics, ensuring high-quality standards, and meeting DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) targets will be critical to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

- Leadership and Team Management
Lead and guide the warehouse team to achieve productivity goals and maintain a positive work culture. Provide coaching, development opportunities, and promptly address performance issues.
- Operational Coordination
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping. Ensure accurate documentation, maintain high standards of accuracy, and meet operational targets.
- Customer Fulfilment and DIFOT Management
Monitor key customer fulfilment metrics, ensuring accurate and on-time processing, packing, and shipping of orders. Implement strategies to meet or exceed DIFOT targets.
- Quality Management
Establish and enforce quality control standards, conduct regular audits, and implement processes to minimize errors and enhance operational efficiency.
- Safety and Compliance
Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a site independently
- Great people leadership to motivate the team and mentor staff
