About the Role:
In this role, you will manage client relationships and portfolios with a focus on delivering exceptional service. You will oversee financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, while also mentoring and guiding junior staff. Additionally, you will actively contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives. This is a client-focused position, with support from junior staff in managing these accounts.

Duties Include:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring portfolios are managed with top-tier service.
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, keeping clients in excellent standing.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality output.
- Play an active role in business development and practice growth initiatives, driving the company forward.

Requirements for this role:
- 4-5+ years’ experience in business services accounting/consulting
- CA/CPA certified professional.
- Experience in a mid-large sized practice
- Professional, organized and a self-starter attitude
