About the role:
As an Accounts Officer, you will oversee the financial operations of the company, including managing financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. Your responsibilities will also involve daily banking, reconciling statements, and supporting office administration. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, manage invoicing, and oversee bank deposits and reconciliations.
- Supervise office operations, manage inventory, coordinate marketing content, and assist with special projects.
- Develop and update office policies, ensure adherence to procedures, and manage renewals for company property, licenses, and insurance.
- Execute receptionist duties, respond to inquiries, and manage superannuation, workers' compensation, and employee onboarding.
- Prepare and review financial reports, resolve errors, manage credits and debt collections, and maintain accurate records in MYOB.
