Job Description
This is a full time permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Governance – Oversee project portfolio management, governance, and delivery.
- Best Practice Implementation – Drive adoption of project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Project Prioritisation – Work with business leaders to assess and prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and business impact.
- Change Management – Support transition to new processes and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with senior leaders to align program objectives with strategic priorities.
- Resource & Budget Management – Oversee resource allocation and financial targets.
- Risk & Vendor Management – Identify and mitigate risks while managing key supplier relationships.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting – Enhance program efficiency and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Experience: 10+ years in project/program management, including 8+ years in financial services.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- Skills: Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and problem-solving.
- Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
