- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop the team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
- Business Development: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on long-term sales cycles and driving new opportunities.
- Strategy Implementation: Focusing on the larger strategic view rather than getting bogged down in technical details
- Commercial Oversight: Understand and manage the P&L for the energy division, ensuring effective decision-making and profitability.
- Process Optimization: Analyse business data, optimize workflows, and improve operational efficiencies to enhance team performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: An Opex based role that will work closely with the Capex teams too, leading through example, empathy and empowerment, not authority.
This role would suit anyone with very strong business acumen and sales experience regardless of industry background.
- 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience
- A strategic mindset
- Demonstrable success in growing and motivating a team
- Tertiary studies in Business are highly regarded
