About the Role: Join a friendly and supportive team as a full-time Intermediate/Senior Accountant. In this role, you will manage a variety of client portfolios, preparing financial statements and income tax returns for different entity types. You’ll be responsible for managing tax obligations and navigating clients through complex tax systems. For Intermediate Accountants, you'll work closely under the guidance of a Partner, gaining valuable mentorship and hands-on experience. This position offers the potential for WFH flexibility for the right candidate.

Duties Include:
- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for all entity types
- Develop accurate and thorough workpapers
- Manage clients' tax obligations and ensure compliance
- Liaise with clients, the Australian Taxation Office, and third-party stakeholders, such as financial planners and lenders
- Guide clients through the complexities of tax systems, delivering clear and effective advice

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Australian public practice environment
- Strong knowledge of taxation laws and requirements
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software for financial statement preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time-management skills
