As they expand into new markets, they are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong industry relationships and drive new business.
Responsibilities:
You will lead efforts to generate new business opportunities by:
- Building relationships with land developers, real estate agents, and referral partners.
- Identifying and securing land acquisitions for projects such as duplexes, townhouses, and multi-lot subdivisions.
- Guiding customers through the sales process to bring their dream homes to life.
- Staying ahead of market trends and leveraging technology to optimise sales strategies.
Experience Required:
- A proven track record in sales, ideally in the home building or property development sectors.
- Expertise in land sourcing and assessing development opportunities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for achieving outstanding results.
- Strategic thinking and a drive to exceed targets.
