About the Role:
Join a well-established Chartered Accounting firm as a Senior Tax Accountant. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including established businesses and professionals in the medical and health sectors. You will manage workflows, review work, and provide technical research and ongoing advice on business, tax, and superannuation matters. The position offers flexibility, allowing for part-time or full-time arrangements based on your circumstances.

Duties Include:

  • Manage client workflows and review the work of junior staff
  • Provide technical research and support for clients' business, tax, and superannuation needs
  • Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements for various entity types
  • Collaborate with a small, experienced team to deliver high-quality service
  • Utilize accounting software, including Access Handisoft, BGL360, Xero, and MYOB

Requirements for this Role:
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice across various entity types
  • Strong technical tax knowledge and experience managing workflows
  • Familiarity with Access Handisoft, BGL360, Xero, MYOB, and Office365 tools is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
